The Bill of Rights is another name for the first ten amendments of the constitution of the United States of America.

You may ask what are the bill of rights? Well the bill of rights has the first 10 amendments of the united states of americas constitioun on it. 

The first ten amendments are:

-The First Amendment states that you are guaranted freedom of religion, speech, and the press,and protects the right of assembly. That Congress will not make a law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise of, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

-The Seccond Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms.
-The Third Amendment states that no soldier can walk into any house, without either the aproval of the owner, or a warrent.
-The Fourth Amendment assures the right of the people to be secure in their, homes, mail and unreasonable searches, that they will not be violated, and also that no warrant will be issued, unless there is a reasonable cause, supported by oath, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
-The Fifth is the right to due process of law, have the freedom from self incrimination and double jeopardy.
- The Sixth secures the rights of accused persons, with a right to a public trial.
- The Seventh is right of trial by jury in civil cases.
- The Eighth is freedom from excessive bail and cruel/unusual punishments.
-The Ninth is the other rights of the people. 
-The Tenth is that power is reserved to the states.
